Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of submarine.ai and of the Submarine social intelligence service (the "Service") provided by Submarine AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Delaware file number 3356904) ("Submarine", "we"). By using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

1. The Service

Submarine collects and analyses content that brands and creators publish publicly on social platforms, together with public search demand data, and presents rankings, trends, topics, ingredient and brand analyses, reports and alerts. Figures in the Service are estimates built from public data and from third-party sources. They are not audited numbers and are not advice.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the signed-in parts of the Service. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one named person; seats are not shared. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Access is sold by subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout or in your order form. Plans carry daily limits on data rows and requests, shown in the Service. Fees exclude taxes. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled from the account page or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. We may change prices for the next renewal with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Free trials and demos

Trial access is time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time. Trial data limits are lower than paid plans.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for your company's internal market intelligence. You may quote figures and charts from the Service in your own presentations and reports with the credit "Source: Submarine.ai". You may not resell, redistribute or publish the data as a dataset, scrape or bulk-download the Service, share your login, reverse engineer the Service, use it to build a competing product, or use it to identify, contact or profile private individuals. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

If you upload keyword lists, brand lists or other material, you keep ownership of it and give us a licence to process it to provide the Service to you.

7. Our content and third-party data

The Service, its software, design, taxonomies, scores and reports belong to Submarine or its licensors. Public content shown in the Service belongs to the brands and creators who published it and is shown for analysis under their platforms' public availability. Search demand figures come from Google and other third-party sources under their terms, which may limit their display or redistribution.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change, add or remove features. Data is refreshed on a schedule shown in the Service; collection from third-party platforms can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, and our total liability for any claim in a contract year is limited to the fees you paid for that year. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions taken on the basis of the Service.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can end or suspend access for breach of these terms or for non-payment. After termination your account data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at submarine.ai/privacy is part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
